Do you really want to get a six pack? You can! But you won’t get one by sitting on your couch and watching tv! The very first thing you need to know is that you are the one who it is about. You got to do the exercises. So, if you are in for it and really want a six pack, go on and read the rest of my article!

Let me tell you a secret to start of with: exercising your abs won’t help you get a six pack! I know it sounds unbelievable, but it really is the truth. I’ll explain to you why as well. Everybody has abdominal muscles, so everybody has a six pack in that sense as well. The problem is that most people’s six packs are covered by belly fat. You can imagine what happens if you train your abs that are covered by belly fat. They get bigger, so your belly gets bigger. The best ab-exercise is no ab-exercise at all! Sounds weird, but it is true. You first have to get rid of your belly fat.
